フランス語のハーブティー、tisane（ティザン）とinfusion（アンフュージョン）の違い

tisane（ティザン）とinfusion（アンフュージョン）は、どちらも日本語ではハーブティーと訳されるが、一般的には、tisaneは植物由来の原料からなるハーブティー（カモミールやラベンダーなど）、infusionはそれ以外の果物を使用したフルーツティーなどを指すことが多い。

厳密には、infusionはお湯を用いて成分を抽出するテクニック／技術のことであり、thé（紅茶）もtisane（ハーブティー）もinfusionということになるが、フランス人でも違いを明確に説明できる人は少ないだろう。
